We normally ship via United Parcel Service. All shipment are FOB our warehouse in San Diego, CA. This means that the ownership of the parcel(s) is transferred to the consignee when picked up by the carrier. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS may require additional shipping charges not reflected in your shopping cart at the time of checkout. You will be contacted via phone or email prior to the addition of any shipping costs and/or alternate delivery times. Shipping prices may be higher in these areas depending on weight and/or size of the product. **PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipping to U.S. territories must be shipped insured via USPS, paid by the customer. No flat rate USPS shipping to U.S. territories**
When will my order ship? Orders placed before 2:00pm PST are usually processed for shipment the same business day. Shipping days are Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking numbers are available for orders shipped via UPS. Tracking numbers are not available for USPS Priority Mail. If available, tracking numbers are sent via UPS email, generally in the evening after your order ships.
The shipping charge seems higher than your most recent order! If this happens, please call us 1-877-342-8860 (rather than ordering online) to place your order so that you will have the correct shipping charge.
**Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before you place your order. You will have to pay UPS’ $11.00 intercept fee if UPS has to deliver your package to a different address.
AeroMarine Products accept product returns ONLY if the product:
- Is unused and in its unopened original packaging AND
- Is returned within 30 days from the date on our invoice.
Buyer pays for shipping the returned product. Shipping on the original purchase is not refunded.
IMPORTANT: All returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
NO returns on 5 five gallon kits, 6 gallon kits, 10 gallon kits, 15 gallon kits and/or drum kits!
