Q. What is the mix ratio of 2# density foam?
1 to 1 by volume.
Q. Do I need a drill to mix the 2# foam?
No! Don’t use a drill because it ruins the foam’s ability to cure. Mix the foam with a clean plastic or metal tool in a clean plastic container.
Q. Does the air temperature matter when using pour foam?
Yes! Everything (pour foam, tools, containers and ambient temperature) must be at 72F before you mix and pour the foam. Otherwise, it will not expand and cure properly.
