We have a variety of products for potting electronic circuits and cables.

They include epoxy, polyurethane, and silicone.

Epoxy resins tend to cure into hard plastics and are our most popular potting compounds.

Polyurethane resins tend to be more flexible, making them ideal for applications requiring strain relief.

Silicone resins are very flexible and withstand the highest temperatures.

AeroMarine Epoxy #300/11 potting compound is a high performance epoxy used primarily for potting and encapsulating electronic circuits. It is available either in black or clear amber. The black version is extremely popular for hiding proprietary circuitry. It is also used as a coating to provide a dielectric barrier.

AeroMarine Underwater (Urethane) potting compound is used for encapsulating circuitry and splicing cables. Most applications tend to involve immersion in sea water, although the product is suitable for many other applications.

**Always wear a respirator or self –contained breathing apparatus when working with urethanes.**

Do NOT spray. Our urethanes are only for pouring applicatiions.

AeroMarine Silicone Potting and Encapsulation Rubber is a two component, room temperature addition cure silicone material. The cured rubber is flame resistant and has excellent mechanical properties.
